5th grade picture Students are to dress to impress tomorrow for the 5th grade panorama picture. If you still have not paid for the pictures and would like to, please send your child to school with the 16 dollars in a sealed envelope, I have extra forms that we can use if interested Permission form Students were sent home today with a permission form about the 5th grade human growth and development lesson taught by a specialist from Health Wise. The lesson does meet the quality core requirements in health and it is designed for the students age and maturity. Please read the information and have returned ASAP. Field trip: Please have all field trip permission forms in before May 4th, 2016 Progress reports Progress reports will be sent home this Friday 4/29/2016.

Monday:
Math: Students will be allowed to re-quiz on dividing decimals using the algorithm. Social Studies: students will be allowed to re-quiz on the Cold War and the Cuban Missile Crisis. Reading: We will be having a test on Dr. Martin Luther Kings, "I Have A Dream" speech. Spelling: We will be having the word sort 29 spelling test. and will be given the words for the new sort. ***ATTENTION PARENTS***
Field trip payments are DUE this Monday. The final 5th grade field trip will be cancelled if the full amount of 27 dollars is not payed in full. I can give additional permission forms at any time, but unfortunately the final payment can not be extended. Fliers went out to students before spring break, as well as after spring break. ************************************************************************************************************ MILESTONE TESTING IS HERE!!!!!! We have been preparing for assessments all year long, and now the time has come for students to use the information taught to them on their assessments. To Do List 1. Go to bed nice and early each night. Your body and mind to be rested for optimal performance 2. Eat a healthy breakfast every morning and drink plenty of water. 3. Relax, and do your best. 4. Have a positive attitude, Know that you will do a great job and believe in your self. |
